All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Because many of our products are made-to-order or custom printed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@unissuedstrength.com with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Custom & Bulk Orders

All custom and bulk orders are final. Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly. We will assist where possible.
